How to make a reservation?

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION ON PINA.HR?

1. The desired accommodation or service you can find through the search engine on the homepage or by choosing the category on the menu bar. 

2. Upon selecting your arrival and departure dates on the search engine, the screen will show the list of results.

3. After choosing a specific product (accommodation), you can immediately send a request for availability («REQUEST»). If you wish to know more on the product, please choose the option «DETAILS».

4. From the «Details» page you can send the request or add your product to the shopping cart, and continue search for other services.

5.  Once you have chosen all desired products, go to MY CART and send a common request for all the services in the cart. Of course, you will be able to remove the undesired products from the cart at this step, and then send a request.

6. The complete reply with the offer (availability confirmation or alternative offer) will be sent to you within 24 hours on week days or 48 hours on weekends and holidays.
